The Marshall SL5 Slash Signature is a versatile, 5-watt all-valve combo amplifier specifically engineered to deliver the iconic high-gain tones of the "Appetite for Destruction" era in a portable format. Unlike many low-wattage amps that use EL84 tubes, the SL5 features a single EL34 power tube, providing the authentic midrange "bark" and compression characteristic of a full-sized Marshall stack.

Developed in close collaboration with Slash, this amp features two footswitchable channels—Clean and Overdrive. The Clean channel offers a transparent, glassy response inspired by the JCM800, while the Overdrive channel is voiced to replicate the searing lead tones and rich sustain of the AFD100. A rear-panel switch allows you to drop the output to 1 watt, enabling you to push the tubes for full-bodied saturation at "neighbor-friendly" volume levels.
